Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the digital and personalized nature of our AI-generated services, all payments made to NullStateLab are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

We offer a free trial period (4 days) for all new subscribers. We encourage you to evaluate our services during this period before your subscription is billed.

2. EU/EEA Consumers — Waiver of Withdrawal Right

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may ordinarily have a right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days. However, by starting your free trial or subscribing to any NullStateLab service, you expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has begun to be delivered.

This waiver is made in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. If you do not wish to waive this right, do not activate your trial or subscription.

3. Cancellation and Service Continuation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the cancellation link in your account confirmation email, or by contacting us at admin@nullstate-lab.com.

Upon cancellation:

  • No further charges will be made to your payment method
  • You will continue to receive daily service until the end of your current paid billing period
  • Service will automatically stop after your billing period ends

We do not provide partial refunds for unused days within a billing period.

4. Exceptions

We may consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • You were charged after cancellation due to a technical error on our part
  • You were charged twice for the same billing period due to a system error
  • Service was completely unavailable for an extended period due to our fault

In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of the charge at admin@nullstate-lab.com with your registered email address and a description of the issue.

5. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, except where a valid waiver has been made as described in Section 2 above.

6. How to Request a Review

To request a refund review, please email admin@nullstate-lab.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your registered email address
  • The service name
  • Date of charge
  • Reason for your request

We will respond within 5 business days.
