By accessing or using any NullStateLab service (Tenmei AI, Mushin Diet AI, Daily Plate AI), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

NullStateLab is operated by Junki Doi, based in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan.

2. Description of Services

NullStateLab provides AI-powered subscription services delivered via email. Our services include:

• Tenmei AI — Daily destiny and life guidance based on Japanese Four Pillars astrology (四柱推命)
• Mushin Diet AI — Personalized daily meal and fitness plans
• Daily Plate AI — Personalized daily meal planning

All content is generated using artificial intelligence and delivered to your registered email address on a daily basis.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Our services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on the plan selected).

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Billing occurs at the start of each subscription period
• Prices are displayed in USD and include all applicable fees
• You are responsible for any internet or data charges related to using our services

4. Free Trial

New subscribers may receive a free trial period (4 days) before billing begins. One free trial per email address. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your service will continue until the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges will be made after that date.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. NullStateLab does not guarantee specific results from the use of our services.

• Tenmei AI content is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
• Mushin Diet AI and Daily Plate AI content is for general wellness purposes and does not constitute medical or nutritional advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary or fitness changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NullStateLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.

NullStateLab is not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated content, nor for any damages or losses resulting from reliance on such content. AI systems may produce incorrect or misleading information, and users are solely responsible for how they act on any AI-generated guidance.

8. Prohibited Use and Account Suspension

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute content delivered by our services
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse our AI systems
• Provide false information during registration
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or free trial restrictions

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms, including accounts engaged in fraudulent activity. Users whose accounts have been terminated for violations are prohibited from re-registering.

9. Intellectual Property

All content generated by NullStateLab services is for your personal use only. The NullStateLab name, brand, and website content are the intellectual property of Junki Doi / NullStateLab and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers via email of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sapporo District Court, Japan.
